The Master Bedroom comprises of a King Bed, En-Suite & Parents Retreat. Optional Day Bed available and Travel Cot.
Bedroom 2 with King Bed + 2 fold-up Beds option
Sleeps up to 4 guests
Bedroom 2 is a large air-conditioned room with space for an optional to add 2 single fold-up beds.
Bedroom 3 withh King Bed + Trundle
Sleeps up to 4 guests
Bedroom 3 is equipped with a King Bed and Trundle - IE a single and a pull out single, perfect for a family of 4 or the kids.
Bedroom 4 with Double + 3 Fold-Up beds option
Sleeps up to 5 guests
Bedroom 4 is furnished with a double bed and has space for 2 or 3 fold-up beds if required.
Bedroom 5 with King Bed + Trundle
Sleeps up to 4 people
Bedroom 5 is equipped with a Queen Bed and Trundle - IE a single and a pull out single, perfect for a family of 4 or the kids.
Bedroom 6 with Double Bed, 7 with Single Bed
Sleeps up to 3 people
Bedroom 6 (above) is a small bedroom with a double bed. Bedroom 7 is tiny room with a single bed.
Brookfield Retreat (7 Bedrooms | 2.5 Acres)
10 individual beds
The current bedroom setup consists of 10 individual beds. Additional beds may be set up for twin or triple share.

Fold up-beds are not included in the base prices and are only available upon request. Please read our terms and conditions before booking. STRICTLY NO LOUD GATHERINGS of any kind! Guests that disrespect this rule will be evicted by security with loss of deposit & all booking fees.

The White House Brookfield is a beautiful country mansion backing onto Brookfield Retreat, with easy access between the two properties. Please read our terms and conditions before booking. Sadly native habitats & food sources are becoming scarce for wildlife, along with their ability to survive. As long as we can do so, we will continue to plant trees, provide water, shelter, food & convert our property into a leafy sustainable oasis for wildlife.
