FACILITIES
Games Room
Most of our guests love the Games Room. The Billiards Table is a professional, tornament sized table and larger than most. We've renovated this old room a little with new flooring, heating & cooling, though love the character and charm of the 70's era.
Bar area in Games Room
Many of our guests enjoy the feeling of sitting at an old retro bar whilst watching their friends play pool / billiards. There is a fridge and freezer located within the Bar area, along with coffee facilities and sink. Some of our Grooms prepare for their wedding in this space.

Cinema in Games Room area
The Cinema is an enclosed part of the Games Room area with heating and aircon. Netflix, Apple TV and DVD are available. 100 inch screen and projector. We've got quite a collection of DVD's weve been aquiring over the years, including children's DVD's.
Main Lounge
The large lounge room is off the kitchen and overlooks the Veranda & Games Room. Equipped with a log burning fireplace for the winter months, dining area, piano, sofas & 75 inch TV.
Main Lounge Dining area
Part off the main lounge room, this corner of the very large room provides a dining area for 8 guests. Adjacent to the 14 seat dining table outside on the Veranda and BBQ.
Main Lounge Piano area
Remember the old days when families would connect and sing around the piano? Many guests tell us they enjoy connecting with friends and family around the beautiful old clavinova piano.
Family Room Dining Room
The Family Room space offers an additional dining area with seating for guests to sit and chat whilst the chef's are working in the kitchen. This room also overlooks the pool and has a further adjourning lounge area with TV.
Family Room Lounge Room
Adjacent to the Family Room Dining area this space offers a 2nd loungroom and TV area, overlooking the pool. Bedroom 7 is off this space and up the opposite end of the house to the other bedrooms. Its a great space for kids or adults.
Main Bathroom
Brides love using the Hollywood Lights, Marble and Pink Sinks to prepare for their special day. Within the main bathroom there is a shower, spa, open shower above a small children's bath, enclosed toilet arew with bidet.
Indoor Heated Spa
The heated spa is so relaxing and a favourite with many of our guests. The large marble bathroom really takes you back to the 70's and is equipped with a shower, kids bath and separate toilet.
Additional Bathroom Facilities
Witin the main bathroom, there is an additinal enclosed bathroom with toiliet, sink and bidet which also doubles up as a change room after a spa and shower. Adjacent to the main shower.
Seperate Shower
The seperate shower is ideal when hosting a large group of guests and is seperate to the main bathroom which also includes a shower, kids bath, the spa and a toilet. Opposite Beddroom 5.

The seperate toilet is ideal when hosting a large group of guests and is seperate to the main bathroom which includes a shower, kids bath, the spa and a toilet.
Outside Entertainment area
The veranda runs down the side of the main lounge / dining area, kitchen and family dining area, leading to the pool. A BBQ is available for use.
Poolside
As everyting in the house, the pool is larger than most residential pools. It is 3 meters deep up the deep end and about 1 meter deep up the shallow end.
Gardens
The beautiful property sits in the middle of 2.5 acres and is home to wildlife around the area. We try to keep the internal grass green and well maintained, however in the dryer months the grass does dry out.

Pavillion
The Pavillion (or is it a Bali Hut or Gazibo?) is used for Retreats, Wedding Photography, Yoga or simply to sit and relax in. Water, electricity, lights, fishponds and sometimes possums in this space.
Firepit
Toasting marshmellows or facilitating a burning cerimony, the firepit is always a hit with our guests. Be sure to check fire regulations before using the firepit and familiarise yourself with the hose location.
Studio
The Studio is a 50sq metres of additional space for Workshops, Meetings, Retreats and Bridal Wedding Preperation. Aircon and toilet included in this space.
Studio Annex
The Annex is adjacent to the Studio and is sperated by a wall and windows, with visibility into the Studio. May be used as a Treatment Room.
Granny Flat (Demountable)
As part of our 9 Bedroom offering, the Demountable is 72sq metres in size, and has two bedrooms and bathroom.
Parents Retreat
The Parents Retreat is off the Master Bedroom and is often used as a Bridal Readiness Room. We love the full length Hollywood mirror and retro vibe.
Master Bedroom Ensuite
The Master Bedroom Ensuite forms part of the Master Bedroom wing, which is a wonderful space away from the rest of the house.
Indoor Fireplace
In the winter months the log buring fireplace is wonderful. We have some firewood around the property, but you are welcome to bring your own too.
