Games Room

Games Room With Billiards Table & Unstocked Bar
Most of our guests love the Games Room. The Billiards Table is a professional, tornament sized table and larger than most. We've renovated this old room a little with new flooring, heating & cooling, though love the character and charm of the 60's era.

The Unstocked Bar Within The Games Room
Many of our guests enjoy the feeling of sitting at an old retro bar whilst watching their friends play pool / billiards. One of our lovely guests told us that whilst contemplaing life over a drink on her 30th Birtyhday, that she reminisced about the days of old and wondered about all the people who had enjoyed time in this funky area over the years.

Cinema Room

Foxtel, Netflix, Apple TV, DVD's
For those who feel like a bit of relaxation time, the cinema room is a great place to chill. This room is an enclosed part of the Games Room area with heating and aircon. Netflix, Foxtel (no sports or movies), Apple TV and DVD are available. 100 inch screen and projector.

Kitchen

Modern, Luxuary, Fully Equipped + TV
The modern luxuary kitchen is equipped with TV, double oven, induction hob, microwave, double american style fridge with ice dispensor, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking essentials, glassware, t-towls, etc. If you need something extra let us know and we'll provide it if we have it.

Main Lounge with Dining

Large Living Space Off Kitchen & Veranda
This very large lounge room overlooks the back veranda & Games Room and is equipped with a log burning fireplace for the winter months. An 8 person dining table is located in one corner, and if you open the veranda doors, it is adjacent to a 14 person dinging table on the veranda. Foxtel available on the TV. 2 seat and 3 seat sofa.

Additional Dining & Lounge

Break Out Space
The Family Room space offers an additional dining area with seating for guests to sit and chat whilst the chef's are working in the kitchen. This room also overlooks the pool and has a further adjourning lounge area with TV and games console. Bedroom 7 is located behind the sofa's & is a basic single airconditioned room.

Indoor Heated Spa

Relax & Unwind (part of main bathroom)
The large heated spa is so relaxing and a favourite with many of our guests. The large marble bathroom really takes you back to the 60's and is equipped with a shower, kids bath (with shower head), separate toilet and bidet.

Main Bathroom

Hollywood Lights, Marble and Pink Sinks!
The main bathroom is bigger than most and is an orgional feature of the house. Our Brides love using the Hollywood Lights, Marble and Pink Sinks to prepare for their special day. Outside the main bathroom there is a seperate toilet and seperate shower. Within the main bathroom there is also a shower, spa, another open shower above a small children's bath and another enclosed toilet with bidet.

Veranda

Outside Entertainment Area
The veranda runs down the side of the main lounge / dining area, kitchen and family dining area, leading to the pool. A BBQ is available for use. Sorry, this is an old photo and we now have a larger wooden 2.8 metere table with 14 metal chairs.

Poolside

Enjoy A Dip In Our Deep Large Pool
As everyting in the house, the pool is larger than most residential pools. It is 3 meters deep up the deep end and about 1 meter deep up the shallow end. Undercover seating available by the main house. The pool gets a bit cold in the winter due to the depth, however it's on our to-do list, to add heating!

Gardens

2.5 acres of manicured gardens & wildlife homeland
The beautiful property sits in the middle of 2.5 acres and is home to wildlife around the area. We try to keep the internal grass green and well maintained, however in the dryer months the grass does dry out. Guests who hope to have a DIY garden ceremony should advise us in advance so that we can ensure the grass is green around the gazibo area.

Pergola / Gazibo

Garden Cermenoies
We aren't wedding venue, however we don't mind if guests use our grounds to host their special day during their stay (maximum of 30 people including celebrant, photographer, caterers, children, etc). There is a small fee for extra visitors to cover risk, insurance, wear & tear, use of facilities, etc. Read our Terms and Conditions. The Pergola will need styling to take it from average to stunning! We highly recommend Angie's Angles!

2.5 Acres down a quite lane
An aerial shot of the main house. Over 500 sq ft of space within the house. The Games Room is a seperate room joined by a covered walkway. The White House roof can be seen towards the top of the photo (red teracotta roof), which offers a further 500 sq ft of space.

Corporate Facilities

Training, Workshops, Meetings, Corporate Retreats
The property is suitable for staff reward gettaways, training days, workshops, meetings, writers retreat, health retreats and so much more. Please ask us if you require additional table space and seating in the main lounge room and we will extend the 8 seater table to accommodate 16. Whiteboard, portable TV on trolley and aircon.

Sadly native habitats & food sources are becoming scarce for wildlife, along with their ability to survive. As long as we can do so, we will continue to plant trees, provide water, shelter, food & convert our property into a leafy sustainable oasis for wildlife.
