Terms & Conditions

Noise Control
- No rowdy events with loud music, screaming or shouting at any time. - Loud music, screaming or shouting may result in guests being asked to leave the property with loss of deposit & booking fees. - No Bucks, Hens, 16th, 18th, 21st, Schoolies or rowdy gatherings of any kind. - If large groups please come indoors and close ALL doors and windows at 10pm to contain the noise.- Do not bring your own music speakers or play loud music outside. Music to be played in the games room only (bar area, pool table and cinema), with doors and windows closed and not past 10 pm - We will contacty you by text, phone or in person if too loud and ask you to reduce the noise, if you don't comply security may be called and loss off deposit and all booking fees may apply.
House Keeping
- Turn lights, air-cons, fans, tv's, etc off when not in use or when not in the house. - If using air conditioners or heaters, doors and windows MUST be closed.- Close and lock up all doors at night or when going out, to keep insects and wildlife out of the house. - If it rains, please close doors and windows to prevent water damage.- Please make sure the spa is turned off when not in use. - If you use the BBQ please clean it and leave it as you found it. -An excess cleaning fee will be deducted if the house is left in an unreasonable state. - No additional guests to enter the premisis without prior consent from the host. - Please be mindful of the neighbours when parking. - Do not park on the grass or on the street outside the property. Park on the driveway and in the car port. - Drive slow when entering and exiting to avoide hitting wildlife, in particular Kangaroos and Wallabies
Damage Prevention
- Do not unplug or rewire electrical devices such as tv, amplifier, Foxtel, etc. If you can't work something out, contact your host.- Do not move furniture as you may damage flooring or the furniture.- Breakages and damages to be paid for by guests please, even if exceeding the deposit.- Dogs are welcome ONLY if the owner has been advised and approved in advance and must remain outside, within the gated area, for the duration of their stay. - Host lives on site to ensure no rowdy, unauthorised events occur and noise restrictions are adhered to. - Security camera's in operation at exit and entrance points.- Guests that disrespect our rules may be evicted with loss of deposit and all booking fees. - Have fun, create memories, and thank you for choosing to stay with us.

    Can't recommend Brookfield Retreat enough! We booked the place so we could all get together for our Anual Planning meeting and flew everyone in from all over Australia and NZ through the week and held the workshops over the weekend. We worked during the day and were able to have a Pool competition on the full-size snooker table, cool off in the pool or relax in the spa. Everyone commented on how successful the whole experience was, even though we had long days of working the ability to get together cook and have a BBQ was much better than all going out to restaurants. The games room made a great place to stick up outputs from workshops and relax around the bar at night.

    WOW what an amazing home. We ran a weekend workshop with 7 attendee's. The environment was perfect for learning with plenty of space for whiteboards, projector, screen, and great area's for breakout work. The 6 bedrooms where all very spacious. When not working we where able to relax in the bar, billiard room (fantastic space), take a swim. The newly renovated kitchen was superb for catering, and everything was very clean.

We are committed to protecting wildlife, fauna & flaura & appreciate that our paying guests enable us to pursue our vision of providing a wilderneess sanctuary to the local wildlife. Sadly native habitats & food sources are becoming scarce for wildlife, along with their ability to survive. As long as we can do so, we will continue to plant trees, provide water, shelter, food & convert our property into a leafy sustainable oasis for wildlife.
